Fitimi dhe mbajtja e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nuk rezulton n\u00eb humbjen e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Shtetasit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk mund t\u2019i hiqet shtet\u00ebsia e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn dhe n\u00ebn kushtet e p\u00ebrcaktuara me ligj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr shtet\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fitimin e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procedurat e fitimit t\u00eb shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kriteret e p\u00ebrcaktuara p\u00ebr fitimin e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procedura e lirimit nga shtet\u00ebsia;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procedura e privimit nga shtet\u00ebsia.<br \/><strong><br \/>Shtet\u00ebsia e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs fitohet, me:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lindje;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Natyralizim;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adoptim;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Personi i huaj e fiton shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb tij n\u00ebse n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e paraqitjes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs plot\u00ebson kushtet vijuese:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb i mosh\u00ebs madhore;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00ebse ka q\u00ebndruar pa nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr pes\u00eb (5) vjet n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs pas marrjes s\u00eb leje q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deklarohet dhe me sjelljen e tij gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs ka d\u00ebshmuar se pranon rendin kushtetues dhe juridik t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs;
