Kur personat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e konsiderojn\u00eb se parimi i trajtimit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar ndaj tyre, paraqesin faktet para organit administrativ apo Gjykat\u00ebs kompetente, nga t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb supozohet se ka pasur diskriminim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb apo t\u00eb t\u00ebrthort\u00eb, barra e prov\u00ebs bie mbi pal\u00ebn e paditur, e cila duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb se nuk ka pasur shkelje t\u00eb parimit t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb. Gjykata kompetente ose organi administrativ q\u00eb ka konstatuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shkelje e k\u00ebtij ligji mund t\u00eb shqiptoj\u00eb sankcione var\u00ebsisht nga natyra dhe lloji i shkeljes si dhe ndikimi i saj n\u00eb viktim\u00ebn apo viktimat. Saksionet e parapara me vendimin e organit kompetent ndaj personit fizik dhe juridik t\u00eb cil\u00ebt c\u00ebnojn\u00eb dispozitat e k\u00ebtij ligji p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kompezimin p\u00ebr d\u00ebmin material dhe moral i shkaktuar nga Diskriminimi,<\/strong> p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb kthimin e t\u00eb drejtave dhe masat e tjera t\u00eb parapara me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi, e t\u00eb cilat organi kompetent i vler\u00ebson si t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme.
